Kris Price
Kristofor “Kris” Price is a founding partner and co-owner of Real Property Management Elevate in Oklahoma City, OK. Kris is a 7th generation Oklahoman with vast knowledge expanding over 15 years managing real property, helping create a solid foundation and an established reputation with real property owners and residents across Oklahoma.
Kris has spent most of his career in the local Oklahoma energy industry, managing and owning thousands of acres of real property (surface and mineral rights) with estimated sales of over $100MM. Kris’ property management expertise directly translates to helping hundreds of families from all over Oklahoma maximize their real-estate goals to achieve high-yielding results.
Kris has been married for over 10 years and has three children and two dogs. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and a member of Life Church.
Kris is a licensed real estate agent in Oklahoma.
Mark W Smith
Mark is a business professional who prides himself on over-communicating, honesty, and transparency. He is an Oklahoma City native where he attended Christ the King Catholic Grade School and Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School. Mark and his wife, Jenny, are raising four children and reside in north-central OKC.
Mark has nearly 20 years of business experience dealing in oil and gas and real property. Mark’s experience has afforded him tremendous exposure in negotiating acquisitions and divestitures for various publicly traded and privately funded companies. Throughout his career, Mark has helped lead companies to well over $3.0 billion worth of divestitures and over $1.0 billion in acquisitions or grassroots projects. Mark brings a high level of professionalism to the real estate market. Mark holds a BBA in Energy Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
